Issue with vpn folder data connection

Hello,

I'm trying to access a remote folder in Qlik sense enterprise over a VPN connection.
When opening the folder in the windows explorer (on the qlik sense server) I can see the folder structure.

Accessing the data loader of the application the folder structure is empty.

The vpn connection is running server wide, and the connector is owned by the same user that is able to access the folder structure.
The path in the connector is in UNC.
What am I missing in our setup?
