Leasing licence for QlikView desktop from the server

Hi, 

We are using QlikView May 2022, version 12.70.20000.0 in our server machine. This is recent upgrade from the old version. I am trying to leasing a licence for my desktop personal edition from server. This does not allow me.

My desktop version is QlikView Apr 2020 SR4.  

Any help related to this will be highly appreciated.

Port 4747 needs to be opened between the Client and the Server.

If that is done and you're still unable, share the specific error.

HI,

You need to make sure that in the QMC under licenses, the "Allow License lease" is checked and there are "Named User Cals available.
