Load Data from Folder with sheet Timestamp

Hi all 

I am trying to load a file from a folder where the sheet name inside the file has a changing timestamp. The load looks like: 

FROM [lib://LMT_BigFix Folder (ams_xbbnwhr)/SoftwareClass.xlsx]
(ooxml, embedded labels, table is [SoftwareClass20200303]);

How do I create a variable within the table pull?
