Not able to connect to PostgreSQL on solari cloud

hey,

I am using Qlik Sense Cloud and we need to access data that is hosted on a PostgreSQL database in the Solari Cloud. 

after entering the details: host, port, database and the user defined credentials I get an error saying that it "could not translate host name xxxx to address".

Is generally the connection to PostgreSQL on the Solari Cloud possible from Qlik Sense Cloud? If yes, could this be an issue on the solari cloud side? Does the solari cloud instance need to allow Qlik Sense Cloud to connect?

Have you allowed these IP addresses to connect to your private cloud?

Please allow the IP addresses of your tenant location to see if you can load data.
