ODBC Google BigQuery Connector Version 4 Issue

We are trying to do connectivity using ODBC connector (Google BigQuery)

QlikView Version used    : QV_November2017_SR3_122020400

Connector Version Used : QvODBCConnectorPackage_setup.exe  Version 4.0

Once we had entered Confirmation Code and also validated it, we are getting below error.

ODBC Wrapper:Unable to connect to ODBC data source: [Simba][BigQuery] (100)

Error interacting with REST API: Couldn't resolve host name

we tried this drive from office as well from personal laptop, but still no success.

Any pointers to resolve this issue.
