Office 365 SharePoint Connector - Query for 'Assigned To' Name?

Office 365 sharepoint connector - I am able to retrieve all items in the SharePoint List except for the 'Assigned To' name field.  The query returns the 'Assigned To' ID field but I'd like to get the name associated with this ID.  Is it possible to use the SPO Connector to query for the 'Assigned To' name?
