Operation and License monitor apps failing

Hi All,

We have recently upgraded our qliksense server to "Qliksense February 2021". And, we have 2 jobs which are failing continuously for Operations Monitor and License Monitor but we are not sure if they are failing due to the upgrade as one task was failing before the upgrade too.

The issue is coming mainly with this connection: "monitor_apps_REST_user_condensed"

It is throwing errors in the connection parameters in JSON query.

SQL Select "userID",

"userDirectory",

"name"

FROM JSON (wrap on) "root";

ERROR MSG : FAILED TO CONNECT TO SERVER. PLEASE CHECK CONNECTION PARAMETERS

PFA.

Does anybody know what shall be done to solve this? Thanks a lot in advance.

Hi, most of the times monitorig apps errors are solved going to data connections in qmc and rewriting credentials (just the password) in each of the data connections where sa-repository is the owner.

You can try with the one returning an error, update data connection, reaload again and check it the error is shown on the next data connection, that will mean that this was the error.

Also note that doing a manual reload is different than doing it by a task, mainly because of the credentials used, when doing a manual your logged user is used for permissions.
