I do have 2 virtual machines in Azure. One is DEV Qliksense machine and the other is restored machine from the back up of DEV (using Azure backup). Now both machines have the same computer name but different IP's.
Our requirement is to use the restored machine when DEV system faces a disaster and we make only one machine active at any time. So we have given the same DNS name(devqlik.xxx.client.com) to both the machines. QlikSense URL "https://devqlik.xxx.client.com/hub" or "https://devqlik.xxx.client.com/qmc" can be accessed using both the machines. Only after setting the same DNS name we are facing terrible performance issue (around 4min) accessing hub or QMC. This issue is only when the virtual proxy is used and not with the local host URL. (http://10.xx.xx.xx/hub or http://10.xx.xx.xx/qmc)
Please note we have stopped/deallocated restored machine and only DEV machine is running. Even if only one machine is running we are facing this issue.
Please assist on how to solve this issue.
