Unfortunately, despite completing step 4 (Check Bypass proxy server for local addresses can addresses in the proxy settings) the problem with these 3 services still persist. Without completing step 4 the local site doesnt't work at all when the proxy is enabled. When i check the box from the step 4 and restart all the servives, 3 services still have the problem. The matter is pretty urget so I will highly appreciate any help!
