QLik reports is showing jira user email (reporter) and not de user name

good morning!

I am new in this forum and I am Jira administrator in my company. 

Another user from another team is using a Qlik connector to get data about issues from jira. 

The problem that he has is that when showing reports about issues by reporter, it is showing email address instead of user name.

I have checked in jira and it is showing the name of the user in all issues..

Can you help us to get any ideas what could be happening?

Hi @rcasilli - Can you confirm whether you are using the JIRA Connector from QWC Standalone (https://help.qlik.com/en-US/connectors/Subsystems/Web_Connectors_help/Content/Connectors_QWC/Data-So...) or the version integrated into the Qlik Sense SaaS product (https://help.qlik.com/en-US/connectors/Subsystems/Integrated_Web_Connectors_help/Content/Connectors_...) and the names of the table(s) and column(s) where you are seeing email instead of username?
