Hi All,

Please help unbale to connect to rest api connector. connections were working fine till Thursday suddenly it stopped working. error as below.

Also updated username password in connection string still giving same error.

Log only gives same error no additional info.

Hi,

You could try installing WireShark and do a network capture to see if it shows more information. However, the HTTP protocol error 401 points to authentication issues.
