Qlik Cloud connection problem with MySQL

Without making any changes, I've stopped connecting to a MySQL web server and 
just keep getting a timeout. 

Any ideas? Has there been any change to the Qlik Cloud platform?

Hi @isidro62 

You may check :

1 - Open IP Address to connect in MySQL

2 - Check your Firewall

3 - Try to use Qlik Data Gateway Direct Access
