Qlik Data Gateway Error 22013 Connection Lost

Hello all,

we are having this problem with Gateway Connection. 

"Connection to Qlik Cloud was lost during load request. Please upgrade the gateway to the latest version to enable automatic reconnect. The engine error code: EDC_ERROR: 22013"

We have already Updated the gateway to the newest version this month and the error still shows up from time to time. 

Our server fits the required request: 4 Cores, 32GB RAM etc.

What can we do then?

Even though your server technically meets the minimum requirements (4 cores, 32GB RAM), I'd recommend upgrading to 8 cores, as suggested by Qlik for production-level stability—especially when handling large or concurrent data loads.

The error you're seeing : Qlik Data Gateway reloads fail when triggering on a schedule: The engine error code: EDC_ERROR:22013

Hi Théo,

Thanks a lot for your feedback. We will try improve the server now and monitor the situation.

I have also found the article about ERROR 22013, but I thought the error message is not exact the same with ours. But I agree with your point about the server condition.

Hope it solves the problem.
