We are currently using Qlik Data Transfer to move on Premise files to the cloud.
The QDT version that we are suing is Feb 2021. It shows that there is an upgrade available to a May 2021. When we tried to install the May version it would not connect after inputting the URL and API Key. After uninstalling the May version and reinstalling the Feb version it worked just fine. What would be causing this issue?
