Qlik Data Transfer white screen

Hello,
Recently, I created a qlik sense business account in the cloud, after I downloaded 
the qlik sense desktop version and I authenticated myself, until then everything is fine.

After I installed Qlik DataTransfer, but when I open it I find a blank page, I checked the path 
C: \ ProgramData \ Qlik \ DataTransfer \ DataUpload \ certificate 
and I cannot find a certificate folder, I have tried to follow the steps on :

but it didn't work, no certificate folder is generated.

Has anyone ever had the same problem ?
