Qlik FTP/SFTP Connector - unknown certificate authority

I have to connect to a FTPS server which uses a selfsigned certificate.

When testing with WinSCP or FileZilla you will get a warning asking you if this should be trusted and then you can continue.

When using the Qlik FTP/SFTP Connector it gives the error 

Server certificate was rejected by the verifier because of an unknown certificate authority

How can I get Qlik to trust this certificate?
