'Qlik SAP SQL Connector' doesn't appear under 'New Connection' menu

Hi Everyone,

Could somebody help me whit the following issue:

I have installed and successfully licensed SAP Connector, but trying to create a connection in the 'Data Load Editor', the Connector doesn't appear there.

I am on 'Qlik Sense June 2017' release.

It might be something very simple, but I can't figure out what is the issue.

The SAP connector is actually a set of connectors. Do you see individual SAP connectors, such as Qlik SAP BEx Connector and Qlik SAP Extractor Connector?

Hi James,

Sorry for my so late reaction!

I haven't looked for replies to this topic because I solved the case.

The problem was Sense couldn't read the connector's record from it's database (PostgreSQL).

I had to restart PostgreSQL's service. Then it appeared in Data Connections menu.

Easy solution!
