Qlik Sense New Connection to Azure SQL Database

Hi Qliksters,

I am currently trying to create a new connection for Qlik Sense to an Azure SQL Database.

The authentication the database uses is Azure Active Directory - Integrated 

Do I just fill out this form normally? Or does it require something else? 

When I put in all the info, I get this:

However, I am able to connect to the database through SSMS.

Thoughts?
