Qlik Sense SAAS Error

Hi All,

when I am connecting to the Qlik Sense saas am getting the issue below altho I have opened the firewall still am getting the same issue.
I have imported the transport files also and I have tested too that is working fine.

please suggest to me or help me to solve this issue.

issue:-

Hi @dhandeep!

Did you open 172.10.1.1 on port 3310 to the whole internet or just specific addresses? If the latter, which addresses?
Also, if the destination server is, by any chance, on a private network, did you make it sure that it is NAT'd properly?
