Qlik Sense Web File Connection Timeout/Unknown Error

Hi all,

I have a web file connection in Qlik Sense that was working up until today. I'm pulling the Daily Treasury Bill data from Treasury.gov, the URL is: https://home.treasury.gov/resource-center/data-chart-center/interest-rates/daily-treasury-rates.csv/...

I can still download the csv from my browser with this csv just fine. When I run the reload in Qlik that accesses this web file connection it seems to run indefinitely making no progress. Occasionally I will get an 'Unknown Error' if I run the job from the data load editor. I can't preview the data in the connections section in the data load editor.

How can I troubleshoot/resolve this? Thanks.

This might be an issue with the endpoint and not with Qlik as I'm able to set up other web file connections in Qlik. Please advise.

Another thing to note, if I leave this failed App reload running it blocks the rest of the reloads and causes them to run indefinitely as well. I'm having to restart the server to fix this.
