Qlik Sense connection to Hadoop

Hi ,

I am looking at connecting Qlik Sense to an existing Apache Hadoop ecosystem. The Hadoop environment does not have Hive installed in it. Is there a way we can establish the connection without using Hive ?

What is your hadoop distribution ?

If you want to access a file in HDFS (Hadoop file system )  you can use WebHDFS rest api. Qlik has rest api connector.
