Qlik URL connection

Hello everybody im trying to extract monetary indicators from the central bank web of Chile and i wanted to extract the data from the following link:

https://www.bcentral.cl/documents/33528/2561928/IMACEC.xlsx/8d158b6a-d15d-a8fb-5fd3-aa7d854bf73e?t=1...

I tried using REST connector and it wasn't capable of reading the document, ¿any ideas of how to correctly make the connection?
