Qlik Web Connectors are not visible on screen

Hi All,

We have just installed Qlik Sense 2021 Windows Enterprise successfully. And trying to install Web Connectors June 2021.

But when I run .exe file as an administrator I see system tray getting launched on and when I open localhost:5555 I get Qlik logon on top and horizontal green dotted line in middle. But I don't see any Connectors visible on screen.

Startup logs does not show any errors. Even it shows 43 connectors registered.

If I try version Dec 2020 for Web connectors it is at least showing me list of connectors available

Steps I am following are as below

1. Get zip

2. Un zip it at C:\QlikWebConnectors\

3. Run QlikWebConnectors.exe as an administrators

Point to note I was able to run it as standalone & also able to run it as service as well (Using provided batch files)

Just to double check, is the Admin you are using also an Admin in QlikSense?

@Maria_Halley , I checked the service user we used was not admin in Qlik Sense. So I made it Root Admin but still same output

What browser are you using?

@chrisbrain  I am using Internet explorer. Then question is Dec 20 is coming up but Jun 2021 not ...

I don't believe IE is supported:

@chrisbrain is this the new update in June 2021 version of Web connectors ? IE not supported

I think that's when support for IE was dropped yes.
