Qlik Webconnector error

Hi Experts ,

I am getting error like below during connecting josn using  Qlik

status code = 500, Unexpected character encountered while parsing value: R. Path '', line 0, position 0

Please help  to sort out  the problem.

Hello,

I have the same problem when trying to select JIRA tables.

The error is "Unexpected character encountered while parsing value: <. Path '', line 0, position 0."

REST API in JIRA has been activated.
