Qlik and Cdata Intacct Connector

Hi,

I have been using a Cdata Intacct Connector with my Qliksense Desktop App (free version 10.7.3 QlikSense Desktop 3.1 SR4) for the past two months. I noticed that when I tried to pull in data today, there is an error code 11043 displayed and I cannot access the database.

Can someone please help with this issue?
