Qlik sense-64 bit ODBC connection not pulling all the columns.

We are facing an issue where for an 64 bit ODBC connection, Qlik sense is not pulling all the columns. If we use a different tool like Excel or SQL server it does pull all the records. Till now, we have noticed that the columns that are missing are of Nvarchar datatype. Any help on this is appreciated.
