QlikWebConnectors GoogleSheets - Failed on attempt 1 to GET. (The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request.)

Hi,

We are getting strange results with Qlik WebConnectors.  At the minute Im able to ListWorkSheets - but when I try to GetWorksheet I get the following error :

There was an error running the table (Failed on attempt 1 to GET. (The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request.))

Can anyone help or advise please?

Many thanks

I have the same issue, the problem seem to have appeared around 12 to 15 hours ago.

I'm trying to create a support issue but get stuck in a loop. Please submit your case "here", and when I do I end up in the same place again...

Hi @phultman & @henrikalmen  thanks so much for your replies... Previously, we had GeoBlocking on our firewall and had to add 'Google' to our whitelist rules  which worked at the time - but even temporarily switching off GeoBlocking hasnt helped this time around

I have submitted a support case now, and I also linked to this discussion in the description. Hopefully it will be attended to soon.

Hi @Francisco_Fernandez  thanks so much for the swift response.  We have some sensitive information which means we cannot implement your suggested workaround of making documents public.  Can you let us know the timescales of a solution please?
many thanks
