Qliksense Saas to MSSQL/Mysql DB connectivity issue

Hi,

We have to establish a Qliksense Saas(cloud) to MSSQL/Mysql DB connectivity but we are facing issues as per attached snapshot. There is no Firewall restrictions on DB server and both are ON PREM server DB. Also there is no other kind of restriction as like we have to bypass IP's for connectivity for the Asia pacific like:

APAC

13.210.43.241
13.236.104.42
13.236.206.172

Everything is open Whitelisting point of view.

Any kind of help in resolving the issue will be appreciated.

Hi @krrishna_singh1,

Have you allowed outbound traffic as well?

Please check: https://help.qlik.com/en-US/cloud-services/Subsystems/Hub/Content/Sense_Hub/Introduction/qlik-cloud-...

However, keep in mind that the IP addresses of Qlik Cloud services rotate and can change at any time without notice, invalidating any access rules relying on them. Whenever possible, configure the allow list for the domain name.

Also, I would suggest you check out Qlik data transfer as well using which you can connect to your MySQL instances.

I hope this helps. Let me know!
