Qlikview Rest API issue with date conversion Query Parameter

Hi,

while working with Rest api in qlik , i am facing 1 issue  with date conversion , not sure its correct or wrong.

I am passing query parameter as  from=1580515200000&to=1584288399000

but its converting it as from%21580515200000&to%21584288399000   

which is not correct logically as adding extra 2 will change the date result  in unix time format.

please suggest.
