REST API connector not working in Qlik Sense

We are trying to connect to cloud database(aws) using REST API connector(POST method, OAUTH2 authentication)

we are getting an error("HTTP Protocol error 403(Forbidden). The server refused to fulfill the request.")

we have opened REST API connector in Qlik Sense App, entered database URL, credentials and clicked "Test Connection".

One think to check, make sure that you can access that aws location from the qlik server (using telnet, test-NetConnection, etc)
