Ranking - How to calculate rankings and extract one row of data from a ranked tableset

Hi Qlik Community,

I am currently using the Rank property for the first time on a straight table via QlikView Standard (not QlikSense).

I have been able to calculate the RANK definition for the table, but wonder if there are other and potentially better ways of RANKing a straight table's worth of data?  Any helpful tips would be gratefully received.

The other query I have is - I have managed to be able to highlight a specific row of record/data (please see attached image), which I now would like to be able to extract from that table to a "summary box" so that when users filter on the overall data they can they see how their organisation is performing against set criterias they apply to the dataset.  Essentially I am looking to populate the "summary box" with actual totals and percentage change.

What would be the best format from the 'New Sheet Object' list to set up a "summary box" per se and how would I go about singling out the row of data I need to show in the "summary box" whilst excluding all other entries?

Any help / guidance would be gratefully recieved.

With thanks and best wishes, Mike.
