we have a requirement to pull 2 years of data from ORACLE database ( based on a column) and then switch to incremental data pull. We are planning to create an attunity task and add a filter on the specific column in the 'Full Table List' to get only 2 years of data instead of all records for Full load.
The plan is that this way we will get 2 years of data via Full load and then start getting incremental data after Full load ( with filter) completes
we are currently using this advanced setting in source connection - Access redo logs via: Replicate Log Reader to connect to ORACLE database source table
Please refer to the attached the screen shot related to my question and let me know if this approach that we plan to implement works or if there are any issues/concerns in using a filtered FULL load and then switching to incremental load
