I have a table with quantity ordered by items, and then two separate price tables. The app needs to be designed to allow users to select one of the pricing tables, and then calculate a cost by multiplying price from the selected table * quantity from the table that they're both linked to. However the app seems to be completely blowing up the calculations and associating the two pricing tables. They're not linked together, but they're both linked to the quantity table. Is there any other way to facilitate this? Alternate states? I'm not quite sure what would be the best approach.
Hi,
I would put all the prices in 1 table (making any inconsistent fields consistent) with a 'Price Source' field that you would then use to toggle between the two.
Cheers,
Chris.
