Hello there,

this morning all our reloads were failed with the error message:

Requested endpoint could not be provisioned due to failure to acquire a load slot: Your version of D...

Yes, we have found the solution from Qlik Support in the link above.

Since we have just updated the Gateway, we think our case lies on the sentence: 

"Or it could also be caused if the services are starting when the request is sent, causing the version being misreported. This is usually an isolated issue with very few reload failures."

 

Could someone please give us more information about this explanation?

Does it mean our current version of Gateway is not stable? (1.7.5)

Why would there be misreport? What should we improve to avoide this kind of error?

Hoping that someone can help us understand this error message? 

The reason in the background that causes all tasks failed over the night is a very serious issue lying in the system. We hope to prevent this to happen again.
