SAP Connector Issue via QlikSense Application

When inside the QlikSense application and "creating a new connection" the fields are all concatenated together as in screen shot below.  Tried several different browsers and keep receiving the same.

The SAP Connector connection works when I test in the QvSAPSqlConnector application.

How do I see all fields available to enter "host" etc vertically as in the helpdesk documentation and below ?

Hi,

The Qlik SAP Connectors for Qlik Sense has been upgraded to conform to the changes in Qlik Sense September 2020 (see JQuery note in the Release Notes for Qlik Sense for more details). If you use Qlik Sense September 2020 and Qlik Connectors for use with SAP NetWeaver you need to upgrade the connector package to version 7.0.4. Previous versions of the connector package are not supported by Qlik Sense September 2020.
