Dear Qlik:
We at Iptor, have installed Sept 2019 NPrinting. I am receiving errors in connecting to the data.
Here are my errors:
Engine ibsdemo06
1.Get app information from QRS on the page address for the Sense App ID
2. The proxy address sense app & identity can be used for a connection to a Qlik sense engine.
3. All Qlik Sense Engines are reachable form Qlik NPriniting engine computer.
Thank you.

Craig Bolton
Hi,
We checked the logs. We suggest to delete and connect the Qlik NPrinting Engine from the Admin menù.
Then:
- enable the debug logging https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/September2019/Content/NPrinting/AdministeringQVNprinting/Loggi...
- open a support ticket, include a link to this conversation and the whole log folders (include all files, the debug ones too with at least one error)

Ruggero

Hi :
I got the test verification to run correctly. Although, I still cannot create the reports in NPrinting for distribution.
I have a meeting with our PD team on Monday, but I am trying to solve for a customer, so time is of essence.
Thanks,
Craig Bolton
Hi:
I got the verification successfully! I created the report and I am coming up blank. Do you have any ideas why?
Thanks,
Craig Bolton
Hi,
You did a report preview and it is blank? I did not saw the template etc so I don't know why. I suggest to check the filters and be sure they are not returning an empty dataset. Did you see some specific error messages? Could you post some screenshots of the template?
Best Regards,
Ruggero
Hi
It is just a blank report. I think there is something wrong, where we are pointing the NPrinting
app toward the hub?
Thanks,
Craig Bolton
Hi,
It is a template without any object tags so it is empty because Qlik NPrinting doesn't know what to insert. Run it as a preview in the Qlik NPrinting Designer, I think it will be empty too.
Or I'm not understanding something.
Best Regards,
Ruggero
Hi:
We figured it out. We did not have NPrinting designer installed.
Thank you, for all of your help!
