Hi All,
Our firm's is on Qlik Sense Enterprise Feb 2024 SR17, with issues extracting data from our Service Now cloud SaaS instance. We are able to connect successfully to the Service Now database, however when trying to select a Schema (Actual) and the DB view its spinning endlessly and wont even release the window when cancelled.
The below is inside the Data load editor Service-Now data selector window. The Service now URL has been allowed listed in the QMC aswell and servers rebooted.
Can anyone suggest on how to proceed further to debug this issue?
