SharePoint Excel Data update triggers reload

I am trying to accomplish a live data scenario where an update to an excel file in SharePoint will trigger a reload of an app so it will pull the data in. I can do the load script to pull the data but I can't figure out a way to trigger the reload besides a scheduled reload. We would like it so after an excel update is saved, the app immediately started to reload. 

We currently have this using Qlik Data Transfer but the company is trying to accomplish the same but for a file in SharePoint online.

We are using Qlik Sense Enterprise Saas.

I would suggest using the sync offline option from SharePoint.

Then use Data Transfer as you would usually.

In Qlik SaaS you can use this connector to get data directly from SharePoint.
