Store files in Sharepoint

From Qlik Web Storage Provider Connectors help we learn that

STORE load script statements are not supported by Web Storage Provider Connectors in Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows and Qlik Sense Desktop. This limitation includes the Qlik Office 365 Sharepoint Web Storage Provider connector.

 

Is there a plan and timeline for introduction of such support for Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows?

Hi @dmitri_volkov 

I certainly wouldn't hold your breath for this one. The fact it hasn't been done suggests that the API to SharePoint doesn't allow it, so it is unlikely to change any time soon.

On premise there was a way of exposing a SharePoint folder as a UNC path that you could write to, but I'm not sure if that is still a thing.

Other online connectors do allow writing to (DropBox for instance) so you might be able to find a way to synchronise via a different service.

A (very) quick Google shows that there are ways to SFTP to SharePoint, so you could write locally and then SFTP. See https://www.couchdrop.io/sftp-to-sharepoint .
