Survey monkey webconnector (e-mail adres is missing)

Hello all,

- it seems the e-mail address is missing in the respondent list (GetRespondentList). If we browse to the surveymonkey website, the result set I download by hand does contain the e-mail addresses.

Anybody know if there is a fix for this?

Greetings Martijn

@gorterzelf Regarding this missing email, just to confirm these changes went in to the December 2020 release:

* New Columns: GetRespondentList: metadata_contact_first_name, metadata_contact_last_name, metadata_contact_email, custom_variables.
* New Columns: GetResponses: custom_variables, metadata_contact_email, metadata_contact_first_name, metadata_contact_last_name, total_time, date_created, date_modified, href.

Apologies - I didn't see this message about tags but I will add a note to look into this.

Goodmorning @chrisbrain,

Thanks!

Could you please maybe look at the variable customized links at well?

I think there is a variety of ways in which to collect responses. This example is about collecting responses via email, then the email is not visible. If you collect responses via a web link (you then create one or more variables in a link, for example someone's email address + company), this variable will not be visible either, in the manual export from survey monkey it is visible. You will understand that these are very valuable in the analysis. I hope you can work on this too. Thanks for your response! And please do not hestitate if i can help with any futher information.

Greetings Martijn

Hi @chrisbrain,

Do you have any insight into when you are going to look at this or when there will be an update?

Hi @chrisbrain I have not seen it yet, but I have a word arround to combine those to. The Excel from survey monkey and the connector, not ideal but it works. So still hoping this could be fixed one day:-)

If you are on it could you also take a look if you can maken the tags visible? In survey monkey you can tag open question answers in categories. Would be easy to see them.

Greetings Martijn
