Take a lot of time to load Script and Unable to view the files or folders created by others users

hello,
When creating a Folder in Data Connection in Qlik Sense Enterprise,other users are not able to access the folder, and once we connected to a data virtuality through ODBC it is taking too much time to load the script...
we installed Qlik sense version may 2024 with the patch 3

any suggestion..
