Hi,
I have a daily task, that failes approximately in 1 of every 2 days.
The thing is that i don't have a log file. When i press the 'i' button , the 'download script log' option is gray, which means i can't actually download it and therefore i don't know the reason for the task failure.
The only error message i get is : "Message from reloadProvider: reload failed in engine".
Looking forward to your assistance in determining the cause for the failure and how to fix this.

Thank you for your reply.
I understand that The task never gets to the point of starting the reload, so it errors out without generating the log and therefore I can't the download log file is gray. However I still don't understand the reason for that.
I Tried to follow these steps of the 'Security access' manual but it still happens :
Section Access;
LOAD * INLINE [
ACCESS, USERID
ADMIN, INTERNAL\SA_SCHEDULER];
