Hey guys, just wondering which technical doc tools you use for Qlik Sense to record which would be able to record what variables etc. Exist on our visualisations. The idea would be to auto generate a doc for report preparers or stakeholders to get an understanding of what they are lies just underneath what they are looking at and how the number was generated.
For End Users of the app, I leverage the Dimension and Measure Description field and the "Show Details" option in charts. Then users can click show details and I provide hopefully good doc for that chart.
I'm also big on using the "Comment Field/Table" script statement to document the data. Those comments are currently more useful in QlikView, but I hope they expand the visibility in Qlik Sense.
For an overview of the entire app, I use NodeGraph if the customer has it installed, otherwise Document Analyzer.
