Teradata Connectivity in QlikSense Desktop version

Hi,

I am facing issue while connecting to the TeraData from QlikSense desktop version,I have Installed all the TeraData utilities that are required for this QlikSense Setup.Still the same issue exits with the connectivity.Can anyone please help me to solve this issue ??
