The values(Date format) loaded from AWS Redshift are displayed differently in Qlik depending on the user and environment.

We have a table with Date type columns in AWS Redshift, and we created an application in Qlik and loaded the data from the table using a load script.
- In the app default DateFormat is "SET DateFormat='YYYY/MM/DD';".
- We created same application into the Development and Production environments, and loaded same data on both applications columns were displayed, we saw them with the following results.
(Format is different)
Data loaded by user A in the qlik Development environment: 'YYYYY-MM-DD'.
Data loaded by user A in the qlik Production environment:  'YYYYY/MM/DD

Also tried using Cast while fetching data from AWS Redshift, but it didn't change anything.

Has anyone come across this scenario?
