Turning an End Month Value into Working Day split

I have a set of NL codes, Group, EoM and value.

I would like to split this into working days for each of the NL codes and NL & Group so I can calculate a YTD for each of them.

this is held on a Excel Sheet which I bring into Qlik any help would be fantastic.
