Unable to connect to BigQuery

Hi guys,

I have an issue when I want to fecth data from BigQuery. I got the following message: 

"Connector error: Unable to connect to database: Error message: Please check the values for Username‚ Password‚ Host and other properties. Description: General error"

What could I do?

Did you create a trusted storage certificate?

What steps did you follow to set this up?

After a couple of days it started working fine.  As of today, everything is fine, however I have issues when I want to extract big tables.
