Unable to connect to the gateway (DirectAccess-2006)

Hi guys, 

 

I upgraded the Qlik Data Gateway to the latest version and unfortunately the connector doesn't work anymore.

In the management console, I see the data gateway is  "Connected".

But when I want to create a Ms SQL via Qlik Data Gateway,  I got this error : 

Status(StatusCode="Internal", Detail="Gateway message send error (DirectAccess-2009)")

Any idea?

Thx for your response. 

The logs didn't helped me to solved the issue.  However I solved the problem by myself.

Very easy: the credentials the client provided me were not the good ones. 

So I can "translate" error 2006 or 2009: internal error means : credentials are incorrect... 🤔

Try restarting the Gateway service on the Direct Access Windows server directly, or reboot it. Check the logs in C:\Program Files\Qlik\ConnectorAgent\data\logs for more details and to see if there are other related errors or helpful messages. If this 'DirectAccess-2009' error persists, you can open a Support case for more help.

Please note that the next DAG release, v1.4.3 (which will appear as version 2022.11.51 in the Management Console) is expected to be available around September 12.
