Unknown Error for web file connection in Qlik Sense

I'm starting to develop with Qlik Sense a bit more. I'm trying to create a web file connection but no matter the website I get an 'Unknown Error' upon entering the url and clicking Create.

I'm on an internal network at work, but all the urls I am testing with are accessible via my browser, so I'm not sure why I'm getting an error?

Anyone have any ideas?

Start with below options:

1. Is Service account with which Qlik services are installed has access to your web url.

2. Checking proxy settings on Qlik servers or add web url as a trusted sites.

‌im using qlik sense desktop for the development and just loading data straight from the desktop version, from which I can access the websites Via browser. So not sure if that applies?

I have the same error, in a practice of a course, try to open connection to the url: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/World_population

But it does not detect any table.
