Upload data from Excell with Qlik datatransfer

Hi,

Is it possible to upload an Excel file from a shared folder (on the domain) to Qlik Cloud using Qlik DataTransfer? This Excel file is modified occasionally, so I want to be able to schedule an upload every X hours

Hi @Pierremeesters,

Yes, it is possible, you can do this by adding a data folder in Qlik DataTransfer and specifying the full path to the shared folder on your file system:

https://help.qlik.com/en-US/cloud-services/Subsystems/Hub/Content/Sense_Hub/QlikDataTransfer/qlik-da...

Once you have added the data folder no need to do a schedule.

Qlik DataTransfer watches selected folders. When the data in these files change or new files are added to the folder, Qlik DataTransfer automatically uploads the updated files to Qlik Cloud.

Regards,
Benoit
